Within your internship, you may…
- Support our culture of working safely
- Assist with estimating and/or construction field work
- Coordinate shop drawing and submittal review process
- Provide document control including shop drawings, submittals, change orders, progress photos and daily reports
- Assist or lead estimating scope takeoff
- Assist with scheduled construction activities
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in building construction, engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business software tools.
- Ability to learn Microsoft Project scheduling software
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in database management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to learn Procore Construction Management Software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- US Citizen.
- At least 18 years old.
- Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution.
- In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0.
- Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period.
