What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organizational Integrator position at Torch Technologies, Inc.?
Responsible forproviding organizational integration and administrative support across government agencies by acting as the primary point of contact for their manager or team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within an office environment. All work is performed on-site in accordance with DOD/MDA policies, directives, and processes.
Responsibilities and areas of support include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily Operations and Management:
- Operate in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in various aspects of office administration including personnel, facilities, security, operations, and logistics.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Support government timecard management bi-weekly in MDA time system.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Distribution, Scheduling and Calendar Management:
- Maintain and manage multiple calendars, email distributions, and contact/recall rosters.
- Conduct meetings for senior government leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule conference rooms and dial-ins for VTC as required for all sites locally and externally.
- Coordinate visit access requests and badging requirements for meetings.
- Contract and Government On-Boarding:
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires and provide interface between new hires including but not limited to security, facilities and IT.
- Coordinate execution of personnel moves internal to MDA utilizing provided tools.
- Manage personnel schemas and documentation utilizing SharePoint and JIRA products to support in-processing and onboarding activities.
- Travel Integration:
- Operate in and manage government records, databases,travel processes, policies, and systems.
- Utilize Defense Travel System (DTS) to prepare and maintain travel authorizations and vouchers for government leadership.
- Coordinate visit access requests and badging requirements for travel.
- Education: BA/BS and 5years' experience in administrative/business field OR 12 years' experience in administrative/business field in lieu of a degree.
- Clearance: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- 3 years' experience supporting CEO level military equivalent (Senior Executive Service (SES) or Flag Officer),leading tasks associated with senior executive level,and/or general administrative support in all facets of administration.
- Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills for both technical and business-related matters.
- Excellent communication skills to include phone, office etiquette, presentation, and written skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS).
