Position Overview

Join us at Torch Technologies, a forefront innovator in tech solutions, as a Systems Engineering Analyst Intern for Summer 2025. This role is ideal for a student eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting and contribute to meaningful projects. The intern will support the development of systems analysis tools for a missile defense modeling and simulation suite

Key Responsibilities

During your internship, you may...

• Assist in the development and implementation of system engineering projects
• Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and presentations
• Engage in problem-solving activities and apply critical thinking skills to address engineering challenges
• Support the integration of hardware and software components into existing systems
• Attend team meetings and provide input on project status and progress

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a Cyber Security focus
• Strong academic record with a passion for system engineering and technology
• Basic engineering, programming, and scripting classes
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, C )
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Actively enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited educational institution
• In good academic standing with a grade point average of 3.0
• Commitment to a full-time schedule during the internship period
