Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or DoD acquisition, program management, or systems engineering.
- Experience developing information papers and decision briefings.
- Experience serving and managing mission/information demands of executive members of the Army or DoD staff.
- Deep knowledge of the DoD acquisition framework, including DoDI 5000.02, JCIDS, and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and other applicable acquisition regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Active Secret Clearance required (must be eligible for TS/SCI).
Preferred Qualifications:
- DAWIA Level II or III Certification in Program Management or equivalent (FAC-P/PM, PMP).
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs) or Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA) pathways.
- Experience working within military service acquisition commands or agencies (e.g., Army PEO, NAVSEA, AFLCMC, etc.).
- Working knowledge of OTA execution and hybrid contracting strategies.
- Familiarity with strategic weapon systems.
- Strong writing, coordination, and briefing skills for senior stakeholders.
