Required Qualifications
- Electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military technical school.
- Strong proficiency in designing and building custom PCBs and programming FPGAs.
- Familiarity with robotics platforms and middleware, particularly ROS/ROS2.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor integration.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Unmanned Vehicle Systems or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with autonomous vehicle systems, including drones and ground robotics.
- Knowledge of control systems, power electronics, and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C).
- Hands-on experience with machining tools and equipment (e.g., mills, lathes, or CNC machines).
- Proficiency in soldering techniques for assembling and repairing electrical components.
- Familiarity with field testing in dynamic environments.
