Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team! As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage food costs, place orders, update pricing, and complete inventories.
- Select, interview, and hire all BOH Team Members to ensure proper staffing levels are met.
- Create BOH Team Member schedules to hit labor targets that properly support sales projections.
Requirements
- 3 years of kitchen management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certifications.
- High-level understanding of training and development concepts.
- Ability to foster teamwork, lead, and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
