Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant, with Inventory & Microsoft Dynamics GP or simular ERP experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure efficient office operations and contribute to a positive work environment. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining efficient operations, tracking inventory, managing office functions, and utilizing Dynamics GP to process data and generate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP for data entry, inventory updates, and generating reports.
- Assist with order processing, purchase requests, and vendor communication.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP for data entry, inventory updates, and generating reports.
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives or team leaders as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamitics GP as well as office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
