Overview of the Role:
Torito Brands is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee our dog treats manufacturing facility as Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production, particularly within the pet food industry, and possess a thorough understanding of SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification standards and general plant quality and food safety standards mandated by the FDA.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency, safety, and quality.
The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining product quality, and leading a team of production staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field preferred.
