We are seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team! As a Member Services Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal members. You will promote Toro Employees Federal Credit Union's products and services, while assisting members in achieving their financial goals and dreams. The ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
This role involves processing member transactions both in-person and over the phone, including opening, maintaining, and closing memberships. Responsibilities include promoting self-service options, handling employee/member packets, processing wire transfers and loan payments, managing IRAs and CDs, and addressing inquiries about account services and financial products. Strict compliance with Credit Union policies, Bank Secrecy Act requirements, and regulatory standards is essential. Additionally, the position involves educating members on financial products and services and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a professional manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and coworkers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
