Experienced Recruiter looking for contract work in corporate recruiting? Looking for either part-time or full-time? Then this could be the perfect match for you! Commercial Construction Management firm is seeking a professional Recruiter to add to their offices in either Los Angeles, Orange County, or the Bay area. This position will be a 2 month project, with potential for long-term. Position is flexible to work hybrid with between 20-40 hours a week, based on what you are flexible to work. Company specializes in commercial construction for education, manufacturing, office space, entertainment, sports centers, and much more!
Responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting for corporate departments such as: HR, Marketing, legal, finance and more
- Contacting applicants to schedule interviews
- Utilizing internal descriptions and posting to social, as well as employment sites
- Sourcing candidates and screening via phone and video interviews
- Forwarding resumes to Hiring Managers for review
- Coordinating schedules for interviews/interviewees
- Painting picture of company culture/environment for interviewees
- Tracking all applicant data through internal system
- Following up with Managers for feedback on interviews
- Managing interview flow process
- Maintaining follow up with applicants
- Gathering pertinent information on all areas: understanding locations for candidates, salary ranges, and other pending interviews
- Walking candidates through the hiring process
- Attending Management meetings with multiple departments to understand needs
- Responding to departments for positions currently recruiting for
- Maintaining all internal records through ATS system

MUST Have:
- BA or BS degree
- MS Office
