This position will work on MRI and Kardin, with opportunity to develop into a commercial Property Manager. This team is expanding and looking to grow their teams. Responsibilities and Duties
- Acting as point of contact for tenant and tenant concerns
- Building relationships with vendors
- Notifying tenants of external improvements and upcoming maintenance
- Maintaining vendor relationships and communicating concerns/questions to them
- Troubleshooting tenant needs
- Dispatching maintenance and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinating property marketing events and tenant appreciation events
- Preparing budgets and CAM reconciliations
- Proofing incoming invoices for accuracy
- Coding and inputting property payables through Kardin
- Billing back tenants for various services
- Showing space with brokers to prospective tenants
- Communicating with vendors during tenant improvement process
- Providing information to tenants for property improvements or after-hours maintenance projects
- Assisting in Managing office and industrial spaces

- Proven experience of financial knowledge/understanding
Requirements:
- 3 years as a Assistant Property Manager - commercial office experience required
- MRI experience ideal, Kardin or Avid a plus
- BA or BS preferred
- CA Real Estate License required - able to allow time to obtain during first 90 days
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
