Car Salesman

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Salesman to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate should have social media, offerup, facebook marketplace marketing skills and bring their own customers to the dealership. This role requires excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of various car models.
• Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate representation on the sales floor.
• Utilize outbound sales techniques, including cold calling potential customers to generate leads.
• Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
• Provide follow-up communication to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales in an independent dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Skills in social media, offerup, facebook marketplace marketing.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and software systems used in automotive sales.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and services during the sales process.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building rapport with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Pay: From $71,494.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• No nights
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
