Summary
Torque Classic Cars is a small locally owned and operated vintage auto restoration shop in West Palm Beach. The Senior Accountant / Office Manager is responsible for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting, as well as supporting the Torque Classic Cars operations department with business administration.
Essential Functions
- Act as business knowledgeable advisor for all accounting matters to the COO.
- Full cycle accounting, including billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, accounts payable, etc.
- Maintain the general ledger, including setting up GL accounts.
- Financial Statement Preparation.
- Sales Tax Reporting.
- Implement and maintain inventory management system.
- Forcasting.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.
- Perform other accounting and operational duties / projects as requested by the COO.
