We are looking for a driven professional to oversee civil and earthwork projects across multiple counties in Florida.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage on-site operations for grading, excavation, and utility installation projects.
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards .
Conduct site inspections, enforce best practices, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and scheduling .
Qualifications & Experience :
- 5 years of experience in civil construction, earthwork, or site development .
- Strong understanding of grading, excavation, stormwater systems, and utility installations .
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors .
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and technical specifications .
- Knowledge of construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety.
