Role Overview:
As the Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing, site supervision, and subcontractor management, with a keen eye for detail and a hands-on leadership approach.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee roofing installations, repairs, and replacements across multiple job sites.
✅ Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and material deliveries.
✅ Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and project specifications.
✅ Conduct on-site inspections, quality control checks, and problem-solving as needed.
✅ Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Maintain strict budget and timeline oversight, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
✅ Lead safety meetings and enforce best practices for site operations.
What We’re Looking For:
📌 10 years of roofing experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
📌 Strong knowledge of commercial and residential roofing systems, including metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and shingle roofing.
📌 Proven ability to manage crews, schedules, and materials efficiently.
📌 Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
📌 OSHA 30 certification preferred.
📌 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
