Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the entire Preconstruction Department.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans and estimates.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all preconstruction deliverables.
- Drive strategies to optimize project cost, schedule, and constructability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior preconstruction leadership role.
- Proven ability to oversee and manage a preconstruction team.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in Florida’s construction market, including high-value projects (~$60 million).
- Deep understanding of local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
