Our client specializes in the design and construction of high-end, bespoke residential properties, with a portfolio that includes homes ranging from 5,000 to 17,000 square feet. In addition to luxury custom homes, they also handle selective multifamily and commercial projects, reflecting their versatility and breadth in the construction sector. The Role:
We are seeking an Estimator / Preconstruction Manager with 5 years of relevant industry experience. Given the company's size, this individual will serve as the sole Estimator and will work closely with Project Managers and the company’s owners. They will be responsible for performing detailed takeoffs, developing comprehensive cost breakdowns, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and preparing competitive bid proposals. This role will also involve analyzing project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on the quality and elegance expected in luxury home construction.
