Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Prepare accurate bids, estimates, and proposals for commercial and residential pool projects
🔹 Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to develop competitive pricing strategies
🔹 Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions
🔹 Manage and update project budgets, material costs, and labor projections
🔹 Participate in pre-bid meetings and client consultations to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements
🔹 Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 2 years of estimating experience (preferably in pool construction, general contracting, or a related field)
✔️ Strong understanding of construction costs, materials, and labor pricing
✔️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and contract documents
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with clients and vendors
✔️ Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
✔️ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
