We are looking for a driven professional to oversee civil and earthwork projects across multiple counties in Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage on-site operations for grading, excavation, and utility installation projects.
✅ Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
✅ Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
✅ Conduct site inspections, enforce best practices, and implement corrective actions as needed.
✅ Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
✅ Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress tracking, and scheduling.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ 5 years of experience in civil construction, earthwork, or site development.
✔ Strong understanding of grading, excavation, stormwater systems, and utility installations.
✔ Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
✔ Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
✔ Knowledge of construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Office is a plus.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety.
