This role is integral to the early stages of the customer journey , supporting onboarding, training, and initial troubleshooting while strengthening long-term customer engagement. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Your Impact
- Onboard & Train Customers – Ensure a smooth transition by guiding new customers through the setup and adoption of Tosca’s products and services.
- Support Customer Inquiries – Be the go-to expert, providing timely responses and solutions to customer requests.
- Track Data & Insights – Monitor customer engagement and feedback to proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solve Collaboratively – Work with Customer Success Managers to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare for Renewals – Assist in tracking engagement metrics and satisfaction to support renewal efforts.
- Drive Ongoing Engagement – Help schedule and prepare materials for customer quarterly business reviews.
