About the Role :
We’re hiring a Talent Development Manager to lead onboarding, performance management, and succession planning initiatives that build capabilities across our global organization. Based in Atlanta, GA , this hybrid role allows you to work in-office at Colony Square (Tuesday-Thursday) and from home (Monday and Friday).
Key Responsibilities :
Learning and Development Programs :
Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Learning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, and mentorship programs.
Develop targeted skill-building initiatives to close performance gaps and support organizational growth.
Create and facilitate leadership development programs, including management training for Sr. Manager-level employees and below.
Onboarding & Engagement :
Oversee the corporate onboarding process for salaried employees, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Partner with HR to standardize and optimize hourly employee onboarding processes.
Administer engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Program Management :
Manage learning platforms, including system administration, content curation, and user experience optimization.
Develop metrics and dashboards to track training program effectiveness and ROI.
Oversee recognition programs that reinforce company values and build a culture of appreciation.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Partner with business leaders to understand development needs and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Guide managers on effective training delivery and content creation strategies.
What You’ll Bring :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Development or Learning & Development roles.
Skills & Expertise :
Strong background in program design and implementation, leveraging learning management systems.
Other Requirements :
Willingness to travel up to 25% to support Tosca locations.
