Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Employee Relations
- Partner with site leaders and employees to support HR initiatives and resolve concerns.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure multi-state employment law compliance (can be learned on the job).
- Maintain HR documentation accuracy and oversee HRIS data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
- Handle administrative HR tasks such as terminations, compliance letters, and employee file management.
- Monitor HR-related email communications for compliance updates and take proactive action.
- Support onboarding and training programs to enhance new hire success and development.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development to create and deliver impactful training sessions.
- Assist in performance management processes by providing coaching and guidance to managers.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors HR analytics tools to track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement).
- Generate actionable insights to improve workforce management and decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for employee benefits questions, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Assist with benefits enrollment rollouts and facilitate employee understanding of available programs.
- Travel one week per month to service centers to provide on-site HR support, including floor walks, administrative tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure HR processes are efficiently implemented across all locations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR major preferred for new grads).
- 3 years of HR experience (HR Coordinator/Admins ready to step up encouraged to apply).
- Experience with HRIS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and ADP (preferred).
- SAP experience is a plus but not required.
- High-energy, fast-paced work style – Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Super organized & detail-oriented – Strong ability to structure work efficiently.
- Self-starter & problem-solver – Capable of learning quickly and improving processes independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but willingness to learn is a plus.
