We’re Hiring: Senior Asset Management Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – In Office Tuesday–Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday)
Tosca is seeking a data-savvy, detail-oriented Senior Asset Management Analyst to join our growing team in Midtown Atlanta. This high-impact role will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights to improve the performance and visibility of our reusable container fleet.
As a key partner across IT, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, you’ll support both internal and customer-facing reporting while driving process improvements that directly impact asset utilization, loss prevention, and overall efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Own and improve scan data analysis and reporting from our wash site and warehouse operations
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI to track turns, losses, and volume trends
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality and provide actionable insights
- Support QBRs with data and reporting that clearly explains customer behavior and container flow
- Work with third-party GPS tracking vendors to integrate insights into broader asset management reporting
- Present findings to both internal stakeholders and, on occasion, customers
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in asset management, supply chain analytics, finance, or a similar field
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SQL experience is a strong plus
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, business-relevant recommendations
- Strong communication skills—comfortable presenting data to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Team-first mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently
- Experience in supply chain, food, manufacturing, or agriculture is preferred but not required
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Atlanta—working in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
