What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Scheduler, you'll learn to:
- Create and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools, such as Primavera P6 & MS Project
- Work with project teams to understand construction sequences and timelines
- Help develop resource plans and coordinate with team members
- Learn to analyze critical paths and identify potential schedule impacts
- Assist in preparing schedule updates and progress reports
- Participate in team meetings and site visits to better understand project needs
What You Need to Succeed
- Construction Field Experience – Strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business preferred but not required)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm for learning about construction and project management
- Good communication skills and eagerness to work in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
