Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Senior Energy Project Coordinator to work out of our West Allis, WI office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing service projects related to power generation equipment. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, shop operations, engineering, and outside vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information from all available resources to assist with project proposal development.
- Work closely with Engineering, Field Services, and Production Operations to plan, organize, and direct activities concerning project execution.
- Provide timely planning response from point of award through project execution.
- Coordinate internal and external staffing requirements and resource assignments.
- Manage project execution by following established processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Associate Degree in a related field required.
- PMP certification helpful.
- At least one year of experience in Mechanical Engineering, preferably within a service environment in the power generation industry.
- Project Management experience or related project administration and coordination required.
