We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Total Rewards Summer Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of compensation and benefits, while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the analysis and administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys and market research.
- Support the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Participate in the preparation and distribution of communication materials related to total rewards programs.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of total rewards strategies with business objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the Total Rewards team as needed.
Qualifications :
This role will be on-site Monday - Friday. Must have reliable transportation and able to work from HQ located in Houston, TX.
