Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and driven individuals for the role of a Inside Sales Account Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for opening new business accounts and managing both new and existing customer accounts. You will work closely with our qualified team trainers, so automotive knowledge is not required—just a passion for success!
Inside Sales Account Representative: Requirements and expectations for this position are;
- Must be able to speak and articulate English clearly
- Minimum 1 year prior telephone experience in a sales, customer service, collections role or other related experience
- Basic computing skills, Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel, Email etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to self manage time and meet objectives with limited supervision
- Ability to follow instructions and sales methods
- Ability to be assertive, respond quickly and close sales over the telephone
- Ability to manage a large number of customer accounts
- Self driven and money motivated personality (This position has high commission earning potential)
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound cold and warm calling to identify their needs and promote products effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to close sales and foster long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and business development.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Pay / Benefits
- $21.00 Per hour plus commission, % scale increases based on performance.
- Hourly Base Pay plus Commissions, Bonuses and additional Sales Incentives

Hours
- Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm
- **Off at 2PM on Fridays**
- Up to a 1 hour lunch break with two 15 minute breaks
- No Nights or Weekends
