As an A&P Mechanic , you will be instrumental in maintaining and ensuring the airworthiness of business-class transport aircraft. Based in Ypsilanti, MI, you will collaborate with the Sub-Base Manager, FAA representatives, and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional maintenance services. Your work will directly impact the safety and reliability of private aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance : Ensure all aircraft meet FAA airworthiness standards and company regulatory requirements.
- Inspection & Testing : Perform detailed inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of aircraft airframes and engines.
- Maintenance & Repairs : Repair or replace defective components using technical expertise and tools.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, FAA representatives, and manufacturers to support maintenance objectives.
- Documentation : Analyze test results and follow technical manuals to ensure precise and compliant maintenance.
- Precision Tools : Utilize advanced instruments to measure, adjust, and ensure the longevity of aircraft components.
- Operational Support : Provide hands-on support for seamless aircraft operations, including emergency tasks when required.
