Responsibilities:
- Oversee HRIS Management: Manage and optimize HRIS, ensuring security, effective configuration, and data continuity.
- Drive Compensation Programs: Manage salary structures, job evaluations, and annual merit/profit-sharing programs.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Develop change management and risk mitigation processes to maintain data integrity and system security.
- Enhance Customer Relations: Track performance metrics, administer HRIS, and provide stakeholders with detailed reports.
- Lead Onboarding Operations: Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline onboarding and ensure a smooth new hire experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- 3-5 years of HRIS experience with strong data analysis skills.
- Proven experience managing compensation programs.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the US.
- Preferred: Experience with Workday systems.
