Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HRIS Management: Manage and optimize HRIS, ensuring security, effective configuration, and data continuity.
  • Drive Compensation Programs: Manage salary structures, job evaluations, and annual merit/profit-sharing programs.
  • Ensure Quality and Compliance: Develop change management and risk mitigation processes to maintain data integrity and system security.
  • Enhance Customer Relations: Track performance metrics, administer HRIS, and provide stakeholders with detailed reports.
  • Lead Onboarding Operations: Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline onboarding and ensure a smooth new hire experience.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • 3-5 years of HRIS experience with strong data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience managing compensation programs.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Preferred: Experience with Workday systems.
