Oversee the administration and optimization of the ADP HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and seamless integration with other HR tools.
Lead the development and execution of people analytics strategies to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
Apply predictive analytics to forecast future HR trends, such as turnover rates, recruitment needs, and employee performance.
Create and manage comprehensive dashboards and reports to track HR metrics and KPIs.
Partner with HR and business leaders to understand their analytical needs and deliver insights that drive operational improvements.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HRIS and analytics to ensure the company`s tools and methodologies are cutting-edge.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
8 years of HR experience with 3 years of leading a HRIS team- ideally building a team
Significant experience with ADP HRIS systems and other HR technologies.
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
