About the Role

The Avionics Manager will lead the creation and development of the organization’s new Avionics Department. This role offers a unique chance to shape the future of avionics within the company by driving innovation, managing product development, and ensuring seamless project execution. The Avionics Manager will play a vital role in defining the direction of avionics systems and processes while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead and Innovate

  • Establish and lead a new Avionics Department, setting the foundation for future success.
  • Inspire and manage a team of engineers to design and implement advanced avionics systems.
  • Develop innovative strategies and cutting-edge solutions for avionics systems.

Product Development and Ownership

  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of avionics products.
  • Define product roadmaps and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that avionics systems meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability.
  • Collaboration and Leadership

  • Partner with airframe, manufacturing, and engineering teams to align avionics strategies with company goals.
