Responsibilities:
- Coordinate flight operations for aircraft management in compliance with FAR Part 91 standards.
- Arrange and coordinate essential services, including FBO notifications, fuel, catering, hangar, and aircraft cleaning.
- Monitor leased aircraft activities, track maintenance, and ensure timely financial deposits while handling additional duties as assigned.
- Track and report on maintenance schedules, aircraft hours, payments, and movements for all managed aircraft.
- Compile and manage trip expenses for crew, passengers, and aircraft to ensure accurate client invoicing.
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Managed Aircraft Services and upper management.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and adhere to all domestic and international Customs and Government Agency rules.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals efficiently and maintain a productive work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree or higher education preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for collecting and analyzing data to solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to thrive as a team player in a high-pressure environment.
- Physical capability to lift 20 lbs, maneuver around aircraft, and endure long periods of sitting, standing, and moving.
