Role Overview:

As a Flight Coordinator, you will be key to managing the Part 135 helicopter Charter Division. Reporting to the Charter Flights Director, you’ll focus on growing charter sales, optimizing fleet use, increasing profitability, and exploring new destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage helicopter charter sales, including quoting, booking, and scheduling.
• Build long-term relationships with high-end clients.
• Customize itineraries for individuals and corporate clients.
• Coordinate with pilots and teams to ensure seamless service.
• Provide top-level customer service and address client inquiries.
• Support marketing and sales efforts to drive growth.
• Ensure FAA regulation compliance and handle documentation.
• Assist with safety audits and administrative reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business, or related field.
• 2 years of charter sales/support in Part 135 operations.
• Proven success in serving high-end clients.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury charter sales or hospitality.
• Training in aviation safety and compliance.
