Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Residential Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing our products and services, and ultimately driving sales in the residential market. Your ability to understand client needs, negotiate effectively, will be crucial to your success.

Key Duties:

· Conduct thorough evaluations of potential clients' basements, pinpointing their specific requirements

· Engage in insightful discussions about basement finishing alternatives and potential areas of concern with prospective clients

· Generate precise estimates and finalize sales agreements

· Deliver unparalleled customer service and diligent follow-ups

· Collaborate closely with our dedicated in-office team and on-field support to ensure seamless project execution

· Provide training, guidance, and support to sales staff

· Participate in sales meetings

Your compensation in this sales role ranges from $75,000 to $120,000, dependent on your expertise and achievements. You'll benefit from predefined appointments and comprehensive training that will equip you with in-depth industry knowledge.

The perfect fit for this role:

· Holds a minimum of 2 years' experience in in-home residential sales

· Is reliable with their own vehicle and laptop

· Is comfortable earning on a 100% commission-based structure, along with team performance bonuses

· Demonstrates superior people skills

· Can efficiently work independently and as part of a team

· Has a valid Driver’s License

Additional Details:

· Cold calling or door knocking is not required

· Work location: Rochester, NY

· Salary range: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yr.
