ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule & Location : This is a full-time position based out of Plainville, CT. You'll work Monday through Friday and every weekend, ensuring you're available to meet with our customers at times that suit their schedules.
What the Role Entails : As an Experienced Automotive Sales Professional, you will begin your day by meeting with prospective clients in their homes, listening to their needs, and offering customized bath and shower solutions. Utilizing your strong communication and relationship-building skills, you'll deliver compelling presentations that outline how our products and services can address their specific challenges. Your ability to identify customer needs and close deals will be critical as you help homeowners bring their remodeling visions to life.
Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- 4 years of verifiable full-time job experience or 4 years of sales experience or a verifiable college education
- Proven success in automotive sales or in similar roles
- Strong ability to anticipate customer behavior and needs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and connect with customers
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
