Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, and increasing patient census. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, along with 2-3 years of healthcare sales experience. We are looking for the right fit for our Business Development Team!
Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts community awareness activities which informs, health care companies and referral sources, of Total Care 2 U programs and capabilities
- Attends community business functions and networking events
- Sets and meets job related goals
- Speaks effectively before groups to showcase our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare companies and referral sources to consistently increase patient census
- Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing Total Care 2 U business development programs
- Maintain an appropriate frequency of contact with clients
- Create new and maintain existing relationships with healthcare referral sources
Skills
- Must have outstanding organizational skills and be an excellent communicator
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Graduate of an accredited college/university or a minimum of 2 years of outside healthcare sales experience
