What You’ll Be Doing
As the Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our home care team, helping to make sure every client gets the care they need—on time, every time. You’ll:
- Build and manage daily and weekly schedules for 200 clients and caregivers
- Accurately enter data into our client care system
- Fill last-minute shifts and keep care uninterrupted
- Coordinate caregiver training, compliance, and readiness
- Request and track service authorizations
- Maintain open and professional communication with clients and caregivers
- Support ongoing quality and compliance initiatives
- Uphold the values and reputation of Total Care Connections in all interactions
- 2 years of experience in administrative roles or service coordination
- Staffing experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and tech tools
- Typing speed of 60 WPM
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
