Physical Therapist (PT)
Salary: $85k-$95k/yr
Schedule: Full-time | M-F| Flexible hours
(Part-time and PRN opportunities are also available)
Location: Mt Vernon, Ohio
Requirements of the PT role:

Licensed Physical Therapist
-
CPR/BLS Certified
-
Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage

Reliable transportation
About the Physical Therapist role:
-
Perform treatment visits, 30-day reassessment visits, re-certifications, and discharges.

Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
-
Travel to a facility, or residential location to conduct patient care.
-
Identify a target list, short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan.
-
Complete subsequent follow-up visits.

Provide supervision to PTAs
-
Maintain a weekly caseload of 28-32 visits (full-time)

Utilize a universal electronic documentation system.

Provides, recommends, and fabricates adaptive devices or other equipment.

Educates client, family, and appropriate staff in the use or application of such equipment.

Maintains positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
