Position Title: Client Experience & Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time) Team: Client Services Team

Objective and Purpose: The Client Experience & Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing our client relationships and overall experience through engaging interactions, compelling content, and memorable events. This position focuses on fostering strong connections with our clients and expanding our reach through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
Principal Roles and Responsibilities:
- Creating and scheduling engaging and informative content for various social media platforms to connect with current and prospective clients.
- Managing email newsletters and other email marketing campaigns to provide value and build relationships with our audience.
- Planning and executing exceptional client events that foster connection and strengthen relationships.
- Engaging clients, future clients, and other guests in warm, friendly conversation across various touchpoints.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
- Gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement in our service delivery.
- Creating client-facing communications and materials that are clear, concise, and engaging.
- Utilizing our CRM (Client Relationship Management) system to track client interactions, manage communications, and support engagement efforts.
- Collaborating with advisors to understand client needs and develop tailored engagement strategies.
- Exploring new and innovative ways to connect with and provide value to our client base.
- Contributing to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate the client experience.

- Experience working for a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm is encouraged but not required.
This is for a part-time position with the opportunity to create a flexible schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
