Total CollectR is a SaaS platform that utilizes cutting-edge artificial intelligence to assist commercial clients in managing their accounts receivable. Our partners include banks, credit unions, utility companies, lenders, collection agencies, and various credit providers.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in Novi, Michigan. This hybrid role requires some time in the office and allows for remote work during the rest of the week.
The following is an overview of some of the responsibilities for this position:
- Prospect, educate, and qualify new business prospects and marketing-generated leads to create sales-ready opportunities via LinkedIn, sales databases, internet searches, etc.
- Be a trusted resource to prospective clients by staying educated on industry trends, common business challenges, and the solutions our software products offer.
- Follow the established pre-sales process via phone and email to nurture and qualify leads, using our CRM to document prospect interaction and manage your leads.
- Develop, implement, and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
This is a very diverse and demanding role and there are many tasks which may come up that are not listed above. Requirements of this position include:
- Must have a fun, easy-going, and confident personality and can think on their feet.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient with computers, possessing a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using MacOS and other Apple devices a plus, but not required.
- Able to travel when needed to trade shows and other company-sponsored events.
Salary : $41,500 - $58,500
