Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and web forms to address customer questions, requests, and issues
- Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments and make outbound calls to fill schedule
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
- Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
- Manage Accounts Receivable:
- Reconcile A/R accounts, process and mail monthly statements
- Take payments, collect on open jobs and follow collection process
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in customer service
- Strong computer skills necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
