Field Service Installer/Technician

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Field Service Installer/Technician to join our team servicing our Environmental Monitoring systems on our mobile medical trailers and hospital locations throughout the United States. As a Field Service Installer/Technician, you will service these valuable trailers and hospital locations by installing new environmental monitoring systems, analyzing work orders, reviewing concerns, and resolving problems. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

Responsibilities

· Provide quality service & customer support

· Work with our team for new installs, identify issues & implement remedies, manage maintenance & repair tasks

· Complete all work orders reports on time

· Maintain Service Vehicle by keeping it clean and organized as well as taking weekly inventory and bringing it in for regular maintenance

· Follow all company procedures, protocols and policies

· Collaborate with service team members

Requirements

· Ability to work flexible shifts & adapt to changing work schedules

· Possesses a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to work outdoors/indoors and lift up to 75 pounds.

· Must have good time-management skills

· Ability to handle multiple tasks within a single day

· Ability to use field automation systems & software

· Ability to attend training events

· Ability to work independently without direct supervision

· Ability to work with a tablet and have basic computer knowledge

· Possesses general knowledge of tools

Typical end time:

• 2AM

Typical start time:

• 4PM

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $57,000 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Programmable logic controllers: 1 year (Preferred)
• Electrical experience: 1 year (must have)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
