Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to make a significant impact? TotalEnergies Renewables USA, LLC is expanding its presence in the renewable energy sector, and we are looking for a dedicated Regional Solar Site Field Lead to join our team. This exciting role involves managing our utility-scale solar farms in the Dallas, Texas area ensuring optimal performance, and supporting our mission to lead in renewable energies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) : Enforce TotalEnergies’ HSE policies and ensure all third parties comply with our standards.
- Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administrative activities for multiple large-scale solar and BESS generation sites in the Houston region.
- Team Supervision : Manage and support O&M contractors and equipment vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and best industry practices.
- Technical Support : Assist with equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and operations to ensure maximum safety and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relations : Maintain positive relationships with landowners, suppliers, customers, vendors, service providers, governmental authorities, and contractors.
- Policy Development : Contribute to the development of internal operating policies, standards, and procedures.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications :
At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in solar O&M.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to be fully on-site and rotate between sites in the Houston area.
