Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for management and office positions across our Fire and Life Safety organization. This individual will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from research and outreach to interviewing and hiring candidates in key regions including New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Florida (FL). The ideal candidate will possess a passion for identifying top talent, the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the recruitment of high-quality managers, and a willingness to understand the fire and life safety industry. In addition to talent acquisition this role will support other HR function, including but not limited to orientation, on boarding, job description review and development, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Additional HR Functions
Enhance the employee experience by developing orientation and on boarding presentations, 30/60/90 plans with the hiring manager and monitoring progress, ensure proper title structure and up to date job descriptions for each position at TFP. Coordinate arrival of new hires to ensure all technology and the office environment is set and receptive. Maintain an accurate space plan to ensure proper workstation allocation.
Experience
5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting of management and office positions or equivalent leadership roles. Previous experience in HR is highly preferred and experience in the fire and life safety industry is highly preferred but not required.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and deliver results.
- Proficiency in using systems such as, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Subscription, and ADP ATS for candidate sourcing, tracking, and management.
- Deep understanding of recruitment platforms, social media tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with applicants, employees, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field of fire protection
- Ability to travel to different project sites as needed
