Role Description
This is a remote internship role (unpaid) at Total Hotel Sales. The Intern will be responsible for communication tasks, assisting with hotel leads, providing customer service, handling administrative duties, and supporting sales team operations. Occasional Tampa networking opportunities will be required for Intern to attend along with Director of Marketing.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience or interest in hospitality
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about hotel operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Some Marketing or Social Media skills preferred
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
