REQUIREMENTS:

**Two years of recent experience in a facility setting

**Current Illinois RN or LPN

**Current CPR card

**Negative TB screen

**Covid Vaccine and Booster record

**Physical or physician statement that you are clear to work without limitations

MUST DEMONSTRATE:

**Sincere compassion for people who are aging or unwell

**Grace filled assistance, maintaining patient dignity

**Patience with people while working in a fast-paced environment

**Understanding of patients with dementia or that may not communicate well

**Reliability and timeliness
