What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Total PC Shield LLC?
Responsibilities Include:
- Must be able to troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, some HVAC, carpentry, and electrical. Installation of light fixtures and installation of appliances.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the community so our curb appeal looks great at all times.
- Make sure all resident work orders are completed timely, safely, and with pride.
- Must comply with all OSHA regulations, Fair Housing, health, safety, and environmental laws.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Include:
- A minimum of 2-years experience is required in multi-family housing.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, be organized, and meet deadlines.
- Available for on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license is required
- CPO Certified Pool Operator preferred
