Qualifications:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with Windows 10 operating systems required
- Ability to learn and use new computer software
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas both on the phone and through writing
Hours:
- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour unpaid lunch
