We’re looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual administrative assistant to join our team and help us maintain our high standards while serving a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including answering calls, emails, and tenant inquiries in Spanish and English
- Assist with preparing leases, tenant notices, and other property management documents.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software.
- Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule appointments, and follow up with contractors.
- Support the team with data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
- Translate documents and communications for tenants or owners as needed.
- Assist with rent collection and payment processing.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and property management platforms (e.g., Buildium is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
