Total Rehab Kids is growing! We are currently seeking a front desk receptionist to help serve pediatric patients in our Pharr location. This is a full-time position (i.e., 40 hours per week) and requires availability between clinic hours of operation : 9 : 00AM-7 : 00PM, Monday-Friday, with a rotating shift schedule.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- All front office functions such as patient relations, appointment scheduling, telephone duties, patient registration, insurance verification / authorizations, and directing patients and visitors.
